Dear Soul Healers, Happy mid-week! I’m sending love, light, and positivity your way as we move through the rest of the week together. This is a special season for me, and I wanted to take a moment to share some exciting updates and reflections. First, I’m gearing up to celebrate my 44th birthday on November 22, 2024! God is amazing, and His grace continues to bless me to live out loud, walk boldly in my calling, and do this transformational work. As I prepare for this new year of life, I’ve had time to reflect deeply, and I wanted to re-introduce myself in my own words: 💜 I am love personified. Here’s a glimpse of what I do: As I reflect on all of this, I can’t help but be overwhelmed with gratitude. It’s only by God’s grace that my 2025 calendar is already filling up fast! If you’ve been considering booking me for a signature talk, training, or retreat, I encourage you to reach out soon so we can work together to create something impactful. But wait… there’s more! 🎉 At my birthday party, I’ll be making a special announcement that I can’t wait to share with all of you. Stay tuned for details—I promise, it’s something you don’t want to miss! Thank you for being part of my journey, for supporting my work, and for walking this path of healing and restoration with me. As I prepare for this new chapter, I am praying for continued blessings over your lives, too. Here’s to living out loud and stepping boldly into the purpose God has for each of us. With love and gratitude, P.S. Be sure to stay connected—big things are happening, and I’d love for you to be part of it! |

Dear #SoulHealers I’ve been quiet. Not because I didn’t have anything to say, but because 2026 required me to sit still, reflect, and truly evaluate how I’ve been showing up—not just for others, but for myself. I missed saying Happy New Year.I missed celebrating Black History Month with you all.I missed Women’s History Month acknowledgments. And for someone who pours into people the way I do, that wasn’t easy to sit with. But like Aunty Maxine Waters said, I am reclaiming my time. This season...
